[ simon looks seriously freaked out; he's all wide, wide eyes, sitting too still, almost unnaturally so. it takes him a minute to speak, opening his mouth and then closing it again, as if thinking carefully about what he wants to say. ]

Do the curses here...do they steal powers?

[ for a minute there's just a rustling, accompanied by this song, and then simon flicks over to video. he looks less than pleased, frowning at the camera. he opens his mouth to speak, but the clash of symbals interrupts him and he frowns, waiting until the crescendo of the song winds down to say... ]

I don't even like showtunes.

Seth is gone. He's not been home in weeks and I can't find him anywhere.

[ his tone is morose. even iggy looks unhappy. there's a pause, then simon clears his throat. ]

003 -- video;  
[ at first, there's just leopard face, sniffing at the camera, then batting it from side to side before the leopard in question clearly gives up and pads away. from the looks of it, the giant cat in question is in simon and seth's apartment! (do they even own furniture who knows)

the snow leopard flops down and yawns, displaying a row of sharp, sharp teeth. in the background, a cheetah and a jaguar are watching the motion. everyone looks collectively bored. lack of thumbs makes getting out of the apartment a real challenge.

eventually, the feed runs out and clicks off. ]

ooc | action available for anyone who feels like coming to let the kitties out to play!

I'm back. I thought this was a dream but...

[ there's a pause. simon's frowning, and walking very quickly down the street. he looks somewhere between embarassed and irritated. all this advice is coming at an awkward point in time for him. ]

Why is everyone trying to talk to me about sex?
